RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
- For returns, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your final refund amount as we do not cover return shipping costs.
- For exchanges, the cost of the return label is covered, as well as shipping costs on the new item, as we offer completely free exchanges!
- All items must be unworn with original tags attached and folded in the original pouch
2) HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
For Your Orders:
- Please use the Domestic Return Portal to initiate a return or exchange.
- In the portal you chose the items you wish to return or exchange .
3) HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE REFUNDED?
After it is received your return , please allow from 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be applied back to your account.
If you have not received your refund please check your tracking information and allow 5-10 days after receipt from our department to be refunded.
4) CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
All Purchase can be exchanged under the following conditions:
- Exchanges are for the same style. Sale items can only be exchanged for the same style and color.
- Original purchase must be unworn with tags still attached.
5) I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM?
On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at Ladiva@ladivafit.com In your message body, please provide us with your:
- Order number
- Brief description of the problem
- Photos of the Issue
6) WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE?
When approved, any returned products with all packaging and original tags intact, will be given a full refund excluding any shipping costs. If your order has been sent to a destination within the state of California, all sales taxes will be refunded.

- USPS First Class (3-4 business days) $5.95
- USPS First Class Over $75 (3-4 business days) FREE
- USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) $9.95
- USPS Priority Mail Express: (1-2 business days) $29.95
2) MY ITEM IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER?
If your item was not deliverable, and for some reason is being returned to us, please contact us at ladiva@ladivafit.com so we can arrange to haver the item reshipped to you.
PRICES AND SALES
Items on Sell can be exchanged for size or returned for online store credit to be used at ladivafit.com. Shipping Cost will be deducted from your final refund.
CHANGES TO MY ORDER
1) CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER
Once orders are placed, they cannot be changed. They may be canceled unless processing has started at which time items must be received and exchanged.

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this.
2) HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR EMAILS?
At the bottom of our emails you may press the unsubscribe button to remove yourself from your mailing list. You may also send us an email requesting to be removed to our customer support team.
